Work on those heroes, and while you're doing that get those pekkas up and get those barracks maxed! I'm only town hall 8 and all my elixir barracks are gonna be maxed. Really helps when raiding.

You'll do great at town hall 10 man. I upgraded with only 180 level 9 walls and level 10 heroes and I have been fine.
How do people get max defenses/walls but such low heroes? Why didnt you upgrade them? I'm a month into TH9 and my heroes are 21 combined.
The truth is you can upgrade whenever. Patience will pay off in the long run. Get your heroes closer to 20 before you jump. It only gets harder.
It's just a game, if you're not having fun at 9 go to 10.
