Batch wall upgrade + MANA upgrade are gone?

mmmmmk it's not mana, first of, this isn't w.o.w. or somethin. Ok, yes you used to be able to upgrade lvl 7 walls to lvl 8 with elixir, but SC changed that a couple patches ago and made it so that you can only do this with lvl 9,10, and 11 walls. Hope this helps !!
