*Proof* of why snipers are damaging the economy

Hi guys

I was away for a couple of days and decided that I wouldn't touch CoC at all. When I came back I was very surprised to see that my inactive base had not been raided properly, only sniped.

This is the first snipe.

As you can see I have only been sniped and zapped.

This is the second snipe.

So this sniper has hidden 300k of inactive gold and elixir, and 2.33k of inactive dark elixir.

The total amount that has been hidden by this sniper is 704/613/6.33k. That is a large amount of loot that was hidden.

Before anyone says that they didn't have enough troops or something, look at the below points:

1. It doesn't matter, the selfish snipers still hid that look from you guys; and

2. They had enough troops to take a significant amount as can be seen in the below pictures.

So in summary, one of you forum users could have taken 300/300/2k from me + league bonus of 65-100k depending on if you are in crystal 1 or masters 3, just using barch or mass arch. Or you could have taken 700/600/6k from me using lavaloonion if only these selfish snipers would think of what they are doing to the economy.

Wow, why didn't someone barch that? Crazy.

But yeah, they should make sniping illegal. Wait, I live off snipes. Never mind

Out of curiosity though, how many times were you fully hit?

You really expect a TH6/7 to smash you for loot? Really?

They liked you, wanted you to keep loot nd gave you free shield in your "absence."

I was only away for two days, well not even two complete days lol. Here are the defences for the time I was away. Actually I was also hit the day I left but that was when I didn't have anything in my collectors IIRC. So a bit funny really.

I was really surprised that I didn't actually get attacked properly with that loot. I've collected it all and it's sitting in my storages now :)

I expect them to either not snipe (meaning someone can get some nice loot), or at least take out some of my collectors,mines or drills which are surrounding my base outside the walls. I just don't understand the logic of letting the loot be covered by shield. Can you explain why they didn't use any troops to take out some collectors?

Hmm that is pretty true, I've been sniped a few times which I usually don't mind if I got a loot, usually annoys me to see low level snipers in the master league. At the same time I find it to be pretty cool, but if I get sniped I usually just 100% there base, since it usually a low level. I still agree on it not being good for the economy, if they lowered the base shield timer I wouldn't really care to much I guess.

Because to a low level TH your base is very intimidating.

I was very leery of X-Bows until I finally decided to go up against them. They hurt, but not as bad as I thought they would.

wow thats insane, cant believe they wouldnt take the safe snipe and then pick of the collectors at least....sure the storages may scare some lower ths but the collectorssssssssssssssssss!
