Ruled out mainly because people will create extra accounts just to get gems from achievements again and again to send to their actual account. You mean well, but people will not be so cooperative.
You can do that already Buy an Itunes(or whatever is the equal to your device) give friend the code, friend uses code, friend gets gem, friend is happy, friend go and zaps someoneQuote:
