Is My Trophy Level Too High For TH6?

Greetings,

Looking for some help here. I have a maxed out TH6 base, and my trophy level is at 1504, which I'm told is really good and super high for my level. The problem is, when I try to farm, every base I encounter in a match is either ridiculously high level, or doesn't have hardly any loot for me to loot. I'm trying to farm so that I can upgrade to TH7, but I'm not getting enough loot.

My question is this: Should I purposely bring down my 1504 trophy score, in order to get more loot and less strong bases? Or what? I'm not sure what to do.

Yes. Try to aim for 1000 trophies. That's where my friend who is TH6 is finding great loot.

Okay, thanks, How do you think I should do that? Just send our an archer and leave a match until I'm at that point?

Drop a barb, they're cheaper :P

You can actively drop like that (drop one barb, end match, repeat) or you can passively drop (keep barching but end before you get stars).

If you can't find loot, I would actively drop until you do. You're just wasting gold on nexting a hundred times at your current trophy level.

Silver Two is good at Th6

900-1000 trophies is the best range for you!

To find easy and profitable loot you should drop to 700-1000 Thropies.

Mixing full raids and small elixir collector raids will keep you in the range, when you see you go over 1000, simply do a few raids to get collectors and leave. At 700-1000 range there are dozens of abandoned TH5 with 200k resources waiting for you :)

Im TH6 sitting at 1000 trophies and farming is great here. I purposely drop trophies down to about 900 when ever I go over 1100. I also leave my TH outside so I get hit all the time to help keep my trophy level right around 1000 all the time

I reckon you go to around 1000 cups and farm there.

Between 900 and 1200 is a good range for TH6's

I think its a little bit too high;)
