Not sure if this has been proposed, but I searched and didn't see anything about it.
So, clan wars for mainly TH7s are mass dragon attacks. It is IMPOSSIBLE to defend 10-11 dragons with two air defenses; even two level 5 ADs. Three Lightning spells on one AD is insta-kill, then let the dragon barrage begin. It's simply impossible for one AD to defend 10-11 dragons. There is no if, ands, or buts about it.
I'm not sure if this was intentional (I doubt it), but there needs to be a fix. If not an extra AD, maybe:
- an extra seeking air mine
- lessen dragon health
- boost AD damage (bonus vs dragons, possibly)
- lessen dragon damage
Let's be frank for a moment. Who uses mass dragon attacks on TH9-10? Four ADs, level 5-8 obviously have a huge damage disparity than two level 5s. That, combined with the extra buildings that that dragons would need to attack before even targeting the ADs, just makes it easier to defend them at those levels. No one uses them.
When I see our opponent's clan, I count the TH7s and multiply by three. That's a guaranteed 3 stars per base. I don't really care to hear "don't use them, blah, blah, blah." I still have to defend them. If it's a guaranteed three stars, why not?
What are the community's thoughts or other suggestions to make this more manageable/defendable?
