What a nightmare this hero is for TH8s..
Most of my loot has been stolen thanks to AQ and not other normal troops..Whenever I see live replay and the moment i see the raider has AQ, thats it I know its GG!
Should SC nerf this ***** or something? I mean come on TH9 dont even need skill and decent troop composition, just bring on the AQ and yeah destroy the TH8s..
So frustating.

LOL, th9 clanmate got smashed by a level 40 AQ + 8 healers. Don't worry too much, can't beat them you'll just have to join them.
Yep, the queen's so overpowered. Look how many walls she can get through to get to that handsome King! Supercell should at least make him wear a shirt or something so she would be less motivated.
Right before I went to th9 last week, I was getting wrecked by lvl7giants and lvl25-30 heroes almost daily.
You know why? I had huge loot. Completely maxed DE/GOLD/LIX.
If you have loot, they will find you. It does not matter.
Now That I'm th9 I expect to be routine rolled by th10s.
Do I care? Nope.
Ride the shield and when I can play I raid all my resources back from you puny th8s.
That's how the game works.
There are loot penalties and a cap on the overall loot that can be stolen from you.
I do not see the issue with someone beating up on you. Take it as a point of pride that they felt you worthy of their army.
I think the most that's ever been stolen from me in the history of my time on clash has been around 300k/300k/2500de

On a more serious note I do think that both of the heroes are too overpowering. I have always believed that there is too much emphasis when it comes to attacking with just the heroes. I understand the dynamic they bring to the game (and the profit to SC), but I have never agreed with the fact that 2 troops can be by far the biggest parts of attacking.
There really in no counter argument to this either as I wouldn't trust the sanity of anyone who cared to argue it. Try going without one or both of your heroes (I know most people do as they are either upgrading one or both often). The difference is night and day as heroes always dominate the attacks.
I just wish they would have better designed the game so this wasn't the case.
If heroes doesn't make a difference, then what is the point upgrading them?
If you believe something is op, then go get it. Try it for yourself.

The Queen to lv 40 hero takes 227.5 days upgrade time, costing 4,172,500 dark elixir. You should sure as hell be rewarded for putting in that amount of resource & time, even half of that time.
No regular troop upgrade comes anywhere near that in terms of cost & time to upgrade.

With the right army most TH8's can be 3 starred by other TH8's. And remember TH9's are busy raiding other TH9's and TH8's too.
Few people off the forum are determined to max their troops. And few upgrade them to high levels in the game.
Tbh it's pretty hard attacking TH8's without your heroes. The 4th mortar made it pretty hard for farming armies to take everything.
In conclusion: stop crying. One day you will be the bully.

They are pretty well balanced now, when attacking those of a similar strength to you, pushing and war. No-one wants to do a war attack with neither.
One hero now is far less than half as effective as both. Fragile Q needs the K in the way, K on his own lives forever and achieves nothing.
Farming however, the royals arent a necessity, but do make a ridiculous difference, usually due to the comparative weakness of opponent. A lv30+ queen against a premmie th9 instead of a maxed 10, should look like a visiting and vengeful deity.
I think the problem is, same as when they cut spell times, the introduction of heroes let SC boost def massively. They made them a necessity, rather than luxury.
Remember, farming isnt, and never was their plan, so they only really balance things at a competative level.
My Queen is maxed and to be honest her stupidity for shooting walls outweighs her power 9 times out of 10.

War raid yesterday I had her walk around the outside of a base to find a wall she didn't like the look of.
Try farming DE without either of your heroes for weeks.
