To me, walls are really expensive. I don't know if my walls should be upgraded past lvl 8, due to how expensive they are. What do you think? My base is attached below.

Without expensive walls this game would be oring, no super long term goals as maxing a th defences is pretty quick compared to the time it takes to max the walls.
I'm not going to seriously attempt to go any further than all LVL 8 walls. Maybe a few Lvl 9 walls in the center... :rolleyes:
Personally I like having high lvl walls, its been my 2nd day as a TH8 and I almost have all lvl 7 walls.
I'm definitely getting lvl 7 walls, probably not going higher than that.
I love saving up for walls, over weeks you can completely change the look of your base due to them. Plus if you want the better protection it means you have to work quite hard for them, which many players don't - meaning I somewhat have an advantage. They're also too expensive to gem.
Walls gives your base an edge against other bases when the walls are maxed, I nener move up TH unless they are nearly complete. Also, OP anyone lighting you DE storage will get a good amount of Elixir and Gold as well, encase your storages in different compartment for better protection.
If you ever reach TH9, there will be moments that you have to spend your gold on walls when your builders are too busy. Especially when maxing 4 Wizards/ 4 teslas /2 Xbows...
Tremendous waste of gems. There is no merit on a centralized CC when no troops are going to come out of it, better replace it with AQ.Quote:
