I went to th9 at lvl95 and only had barracks left for exp. I guess someone could hit lvl 100 based on donations. Has it been done? And the lvl glitch doesn't count...

i think 102 is the highest i have seen
Someone (I think it was Dan) posted a pic a while back of a TH8 with over level 100.
Yep, a few have. I was high 90's and have seen a few who beat me.
