I'm TH7 and can barely one star TH8s without revenging and developing a strategy. X-bows would make that impossible.

Who knows? I'm not sure if it would truly balance things, though.
It might even the fight between TH8 &9, but what about TH7 & 8? :rolleyes:
But TH8s can already now build xbows: upgrade the th and there you have it, two spanking new xbows. Problem solved, everyone's happy.
