no, this would make people stay even longer at TH9 so more bad loot for me

As much as I would love to have the xbow, it is simply a bad idea and it will render all Th7s unable to stand a raiding chance against us which would be totally unfair. I enjoy watching TH7s raid against me because you can really see how they can raid despite being an underdog.

A very bad idea. I'm a TH8 and I'd hate having, and raiding TH8s with x-Bows. Not to mention those lower level players who raid you with lv <5 troops. How do they compete with that?
Me being th8 i would substitute that xbow to keep my loot runs good and clean,
I already have to worry about th9s xbows when i raid them! I wouldn't wanna do the
