Valkyrie or leave BK behind?

I'm a town hall 9, I have maxed my defenses and currently on the hero/wall grind, currently at 13/13 and 142 legos. I'm nearing the completion of my lab research except for Valkyries (still level 1) and I've come across a situation.

I don't want to farm DE primarily as I want to continue putting out a steady pace of walls, so my DE income is slow and not enough to keep AQ/BK down + upgrade Valkyrie. So, my situation; should I keep upgrading AQ, upgrade Valkyrie, and leave BK at 15. OR, ignore Valkyrie and keep doing my heroes.

My plan is to move on to town hall 10 after my legos are done (which should take the longest), heroes are 15+, lab research is complete (with the exception of Valkyrie). So I won't be getting everything complete before I move on, therefore I need to choose, BK or Valkyrie?

My only problem, is I had no intention to actually use Valkyrie, and honestly probably won't. However, I've been watching some videos and they look very fun, and have made me second guess myself.

What are your opinions?

Dont think you will be using valks at th 10 anyway so go for bk. You should prioritize your hero always first. EG. if you have enough de to upgrade minions but you also have enough to upgrade one of your heroes, go for the hero.

Valkyries definitely.
Your lab is free now with nothing left to do.
At th10, you'll probably be so busy upgrading other stuff, you won't get to touch valks in lab.
Heroes? Well just put some extra builder time on them at th10~

Lab time is definitely more valuable than resources. Do valks.

Re-prioritise your target from:
1) walls
2) DE (heroes & lab)
to
1) DE
2) walls

in this way, the gold/elixir will actually come at a slower rate. I manage to do this at end TH9 and keep 2x heroes and lab DE research busy for 2 months to upgrade my hogs, golem, lava. I skip valk since I don't use it ... yet.
Farm at Crystal for more DE.

I still manage to near max Lego (only left 10x at skulls) and build about 50 Lava before move to TH10.

This has already went across my mind, and this is what I SHOULD do quite frankly. I would like to stay and get a lava core and both heroes 20+. But, I do not want to burn myself out by staying on this wall/hero grind. I'm already kind of getting that feeling and I've only been doing this for almost a month, I don't want to risk losing the fun in this game for myself, ya know?

I think what I will do, is continue this way, I will leave the BK behind at 15, but delay the upgrade until I have a lava core. This will allow me to actually max Valkyrie before going town hall 10 and still get the AQ (which is much more powerful/beneficial than the BK) above 15, maybe even 20.

Meh I think heroes should always take priority. For instance I'm a TH7 who hasn't even built dark barracks yet because I'm pouring all of my elixir into my king. High leveled heroes are nothing to scoff at. Valks however? *scoff*

If you are not going to use valks, why bother upgrading them. Personally I'd do BK, you'll use him more than you ever will Valks

Maybe, maybe not, but I don't want to be stuck without upgraded Valkyries if they happen to become a really strong troop and essential in some war attacks. It's clear that SC wants them to be better as they have been buffing them over and over again in recent patches. All they need now is a price drop and possibly lower housing space or another level, and they will be insane.

I think valks are great when it comes to wiping out the cc. Even champions use it. Group them up and get a barbarian to distract and send a Valkyrie to kill them whilst distracted and gg ez pz

Valkyrie or leave BK behind?? Are you meaning to ask upgrade Valkyrie or upgrade BK? Anyways, upgrade Valk. My opinion is always keep your lab busy unless all you have left is a unit that you won't find useful. Valk isn't very useful.

I would move to TH10.

As a TH10 DE raises very easily, making Both Lab and heroes upgrade possible.
Then you'll quite quickly finish all elixir upgrades and use any elixir left on these walls except a few from time to time to upgrade some troops.

Maxing is wasting builder's time which is the rarest ressource in COC
