TH9 Push to Masters

Planning a push to masters (both for gems and dark elix), would appreciate any advice on what the quickest way to going about doing that is. Any and all advice appreciated - from base types to army comps. Thanks all ;)

fastest way would be boosted barch and hit premies for 50% that offer 30 cups. Shouldn't take more then a day or 2 starting from crystal if your devoted

Barch to C 2
From C2-M3
#Lavaloonion (5 ballon each rack, 1 lava, 45 minion) Try to avoid point up x bow for maximal 2 star + loot
or
#Giant+Wiz (if you don't have max ballon)

Thanks for the input, this is probably what I'll end up doing considering my past experience in crystal 1 w/ barching.

I have max loons and lvl 4 minions, but haven't lvl'd my hounds yet. Would that still work against TH 9s?

I'm a TH9 as well farming for DE in M3. I just use balloonions with 3 heal and 1 lightning for cc troops.
I would say you can use any army below 2500 trophies, but after that, balloonion or gowipe/gowiwi for sure.

I used 8 dragons with Rage spells to get the big stuff, and to get resources, and 40 archers to get the stuff on the corners and what not

I barched to masters as a premie TH9 before the 4th mortar was introduced. No gems used, wasn't a stuggle then. I would personally suggest barching as high as you can go without boosting, if you get stuck, switch to balloonian and mabye spend a little on gems to boost barracks n spells. Good luck!

Be ready to play with the big boys my friend.... mostly M3 are tenner very few niner...Nowadays tenner sports twin inferno some are max even their walls and AT cannon are low level BUT with good level of tesla wiztower and max camp... They knew the secret already :) You definitely need to raid with semi war troops if you're planning to stay....
I'm TH9 using balloonion if plenty to spare DE with 2 lava as practice...getting them 1 star or just 50% is easy just deal with the inferno one at a time BUT NO TO MAX or LEVEL2.
