Do spells really last the claimed duration?

Call me crazy...but i seen the freeze spell used for the first time on me for war..lvl1. Now it says duration is 8 seconds. Now when i rewatched replay and yes I counted like a dork..the spell lasted maybe 4 seconds. So is the spell duration claims ♥♥? Is it counting as when it is dropped vs actually activating and doing what it is supposed to?

Maybe the spells are on a different measurement of time... Maybe it's "clash" seconds, which means that there are 2 clash seconds for every real second;)

Level 1 last 4 seconds level 5 last 8 seconds.

HAHA maybe..but seriously check ot out cause real time real world seconds theae spells claimed durationa for when they actually activate to when they fade out is ♥♥ from what I just seen...at least with the freeze spell.

Level 1 freeze spells don't have a duration of 8 seconds.

Lvl1 freeze is only 4 second. It's the maxed which is 8 secs.

A lvl 1 freeze spell only lasts 4 seconds. At max lvl(5) it lasts 8 seconds.
