General Chat banning

Im starting to hate this game, basically because the people that plays it. I got banned from general chat 2 times, and the reason: Im catalan. Im amazed at how many racist and stupid people play this game. And i want to know how it works the thing to bann people in the general chat, cause they start insulting me when they see my Clan's name (Catalonia New), an they can ban me if they want and they are more than 2 or 3 ppl (thing that always happens), but all what i can do is completely nothing. So i hope you guys make something with banning cause im starting to hating the game and all the toxic people that plays it. Please read this. Thx and sorry for my bad english.

I'm sorry that this has happened to you. I agree there are a lot of horrible people playing this game. It is the Internet and you will find people like that. But, you could just not talk on global...

Just stay out of global. If you are trying to recruit, the forums have specific sub-forums for recruiting that are likely to get you better clanmates than global. Global is like the wild west anymore. Good luck, don't judge the game by what you see on global.

Agreed. The only reason to go on Global is to get people to join-request-leave if you are in a donation clan.

Wow what an awful system.

Like what others said it is the internet and anonymity makes people brave, remember you might have been reported by kids it happens.

Join a clan with mature members that can hold a decent conversation and just ignore global, it is generally full of toxic new spawns looking for e-drama or for someone to take their troll bait.

Take getting banned from global as a blessing in disguise, as you have pointed out its unpleasant to say the least and as the others have said search for a clan with members who can hold decent conversation your clash experience will significantly improve I would think 👍
