Very well done – The only thing I would like to suggest is that where you have placed the clash troops on the background,
Try to blend or soften the edges to allow both mediums to flow into one another.
I love the minions, however the minions dominate the image and the transitions between background and minions are a little harsh. The minions, should have a more softer edge to them and added shadow to flow off the page and the background can be a supporting layer.
Soften the edges of the dragons, and also the barbarians to allow for a more seamless result, so it appears like the characters below in the background . scenery.
All in all, great work.
Love the use of scale – Barbarians look great.
