Improve

I wish we could improve the municipality level 11. Could invent new defenses and more levels to which there anymore. I know you can not because there is almost no space in the villages but , and had an upgrade to extend the ground? In Dragon City is a game also known there are different islands and each terrenod vex you go buying a whole island until you get it . Could do this , put you to buy land with gems and then add new things as well. And I also want more troops, I have come to PEKKA a long time ago and I get tired that only have those.
