What should I research in lab next? Th8

Hey guys, I'm currently researching my pekkas to level 2, and I wanted to know what I should upgrade next. Here are my stats:

Barbs:4
Archer:5
Gobs:3
Giants:4
Wall breakers:4
Loons:4
Wizards:5
Healers:3
Drags:3
Pekka:1>2
Minion:1
Hogs:4
Valks and golems not unlocked yet


I'm upgrading my dark barracks to level 3 rn so I'll have golems soon, as I will begin level 4 as soon as 3 is done. My plan is to have gowipe as a war option, but some people say that upping loons would be a better war option. Idk honestly, I've seen both used in wars well.
my personal opinion is that gowipe is a more dependent two stars possible three and loons are hit or miss three stars or 0. So what do u guys think: should I upgrade pekka three, loons 5, or golems two, or something totally different that will also help. Any advising is accepted

lv4 hogs are brilliant in war, but as a max TH8 the best troop upgrade imo was goblin 5 for farming, and golem 2 for 3 starring, gowiva with lv2 golems is a 3 star and virtually any TH8 base, see my thread: http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...-comp-gowivape

Personally, I would advice upgrading Barbarians first as you want both your Archers and Barbarians on level 5 for farming (assuming you barch).
I agree that GoWiPe is better on TH8 and more dependent than Balloonion, so I would advice Pekka to level 3. I am currently using GoWiPe with level 1 Golems as I am focusing on getting my Barbarian King to level 10 first and they work well against other TH8's or low TH9's.
So I would upgrade Barbarians first and then the Pekka.

I suggest upgrading the troops you use most in raiding, as well as army camps and all offensive buildings first!

Agree that lvl 5 barbs are great for Barch and BAM. At lvl 9 TH, there is a lot of focus on DE for heroes and troops, so if you can get golems to lvl 2 that would be a head start. But barbs first if you use barch.

pekkas to 3 would make a great ground attack for war.

Here's a few solid PeWi attacks for 3 stars in clan wars

Golems after that and you will have a solid ground attack.

Barbs for farming to get the resources to fund the more expensive troops.

start farming well and upgrade all your troops.

P.E.K.K.A. for your GoWiPe.

What is more important to you? Farm or war?

If farm, barbarian first.

If war, wall breakers or pekka first. WB is important for you to break through the first layers quickly as the initial stage you will face with lots of firing damage.
