Elder and Co-Leader are only the two ranks which you can be promoted to on any normal clan, so here are a few names of ranks which i suggest to add. But the main idea is having more ranks.

Trainings:
Every clans leader will have a plain large area. It will be present only for General+ at the end of the group desc. Only the leader will be allowed to bulid.The leader will have the ability to create additional training places and lock them. General+ are able to help buliding it only with permission the leader so he can unlock it for them (Training plots will be locked by default so no one will be able to make changes with out permission). General+ will have 200 from each buliding, with all types of levels. Once created General+ will be able to host their and Commander+ will be only able to co-host with the permission of the host. the training place should be redesigned every 5 days so trainings should vary. The training should be based on teaching better stratgies when attacking, this feauture should be avalible for clans which attack. General+ will be able to host by typing in the chat (Should be more better). Attendants will be able to enter when the training is unlocked but they will not be able to edit. Attendants will be supplied with 50 from all troops by default, hosts and co-hosts will be able to increase or decrease it (limit: 240).They can level them to max too. Then they will be told to start attacking all attendants will be able to watch him/her while attacking until their turn comes. At the end hosts and co-hosts will be able to rate them (They must teach before letting them attack). Then they will be able to promote only 3 people who did well.
