If you're getting bored then go...but if you want the best of both worlds...have 2 accounts TH9 and TH10 :)

Heroes make a huge difference to any attack after level20. Many love the queen however its the King who is brilliant. It soaks up all the damage while destroying anything in its path while the Queen finishes it off. Its really helpful in GoWiWi GoWiPe to get 3 stars also with the hybrid attacks. I would recommend sticking it out and maxing it as many in our clans are doing.
If you cant as Hagler'(clanmate) always says ''Get errr done - just upgrade!!!!' and have fun with your game,who cares about the fine nuances of the game.

May Be Dumb ... But I'm Doing It!
I completely understand both sides of this argument and don't believe there is a 100% right or wrong answer.
A month or two ago I had completely finished all upgrades to my TH9 base accept Heroes and walls. I made the decision to max all walls to Lava and whatever the Heroes were when I was done that would be good enough.
Today I will be down to 50 damn walls left! ... I'm sooooo tired of doing walls but little by little they are getting done. My main reasoning behind finishing Lava walls at TH9 is that I don't think I would ever finish them as a TH10 with everything else that needs to be done. I can be happy with all Lava walls as a TH10 until I just have nothing else to spend loot on.
I never thought I would ever get my Heroes upgraded and was hoping for level 20 on both and dreaming of level 25 by the time walls were done.
But they have gone much faster than I thought (Yes I gem them complete ... can't wait the entire 7 days each upgrade)
BK is currently level 25 and AQ is level 24 ... with 50 Lava walls left as of today I think I just may go ahead and finish my heroes to level 30 before upgrading. Just to be able to say I did it! :-) Yes it may be a superficial thing and mean absolutely nothing ... But how many people can truly say they 100% maxed TH9 before going to TH10?
I think at a minimum people should have all Lego before going to TH10 .... even at all Lego you have done better than 90% of everyone out there!
Anyways after a long time of doing walls and heroes I finally feel like the little engine that could .... I think I can, I think I can, I think I can! .... And now I Know I can! :-)
