was having an issue in the game and tried talking to one of the super cell staff but i dont see the ability to respond other than the first message you sent. i am correct that there is not a current way to do this, other than your primary message to super cells staff?
That hasn't been my experience. Whenever I've opened a ticket thst wasn't resolved, I've been able to add to it through the same Settings, Help and Support interface.
To add to sharkyfinn's point, in-game support responds within 24 hours from my experience with them. The other customer support via email takes much longer.
they should set up a chat support and have people on there 24 hrs daily to deal with things. whats the email address?
