I think you're fine- just be sure to max out your buildings first before moving on to TH9.

It doesn't seem too bad. At least you have decent walls. I would max out splash defenses first as well as army camps if they aren't already, I can't really tell if your army camps are. Once that's done i would work on cannons and archer towers, then teslas. You're not really that far behind. However, I do recommend that you not upgrade to town hall 9 until you have maxed everything, including barracks. A lot of elixir is needed at town hall 9 for troops and dark elixir barrack upgrades.
Don't forget to max your troops as well! I would start with goblins then archers. Unless you have a really active clan, then archers might be nice.
