Sometimes we face some members who just jumps clan by clan. My suggestion is one-day (or more) for those who leave a clan. This member will not be able to join another clan until the penalty is over.

What about the guys that are doing this for legitimate reasons? You suggest 'one day' so I am assuming you mean one day of something bad, not one day of free gems.
