how do you get so much gold and elixer?

i dont know how to get them fast?

First of all: Do you know what farming is?

Go for easy bases that have 100k + and use as few troops as possible also helps to que up troops before you start your next attack and do this for a couple of hours and you can get maxed storages

Loot often with the cheapest possible army. Don't care about trophies so take even the smaller loot from the side with goblins and then move on. I'm using at the moment 50-70 barbs and archers, 6-8 wb and rest goblins. Cheap and effective but lacks the punch needed for bigger bases so just press next on well defended places.

Buying things is the fastest way to get resources.

The next is to raid people with a lot of resources (remember: the next button is your friend)

The slowest way is to rely on your collectors.

Farming. There are many farming armies. Look up a guide

get the most resources while spending the least, learn when the resources are all in pumps

Your troops will largely depend on your town hall level. For a successful raid, you have to find the right trophy level for your town hall. I would guess you are either th4 or th5. Drop your trophy level to bronze 3 or 2 and see how raiding in that level suits you. You can go up to bronze 1 if you'd like, but it gets really iffy when you get to silver 3 at that th level.

You also have to remember that people in your level can "see" your base when you're offline and may want to raid you for trophy and/or loot. I learned to spend all my loot before leaving the game to make it less likely to be raided by farmers.

Then experiment with different troop compositions and see what fits your style. Typical farming combo will include giants, wall breakers, and various proportions of barbarians, archers and goblins. It may take several raids to get it right, but it's better to start learning while your troops are cheap than after you've upgraded the heck out of them. Also, the single player goblin villages can be instructive on learning how to raid.
