I would like to see the percentage of loot gained from attacking be based on the players level rather then the town hall level. For example I am level 85 so the amount I get from someone at level 70 would be less then if I attacked someone at level 90. Or maybe a bonus (like gems or resources) be based on the attacker's level compared to the defender's level if won. I think this would help keep players attacking at their level.
