I wouldn't know right now mostly because I'm only TH6 :p
I would guess that a future base expansion is very likely. It is getting harder to rearrange my base due to the sheer amount of buildings I have to manage! I wonder when the updates with new buildings will end. Will the invention of new structures cease at some point?
They are going to have to expand them if they plan on any more updates past town hall 10 (which will happen eventually because they will continue to update and expand the game until it is no longer profitable)

lots of people are saying yes, I think for obvious reasons of more buildings, but to the ones that said no can i ask why?
Major changes could alleviate the need. One idea would be the creation of a second and larger battle field available to TH7 and above where all below it fight amongst themselves until they graduate to a new larger arena for TH8 and higher. A second idea would be the integration of buildings such that buildings of a certain type could be turned in for a different kind of building: eg. A gold storage with a special shield of sorts eliminating the need for special placement of such space taking buildings. The point I'm trying to make is that space need not be the only solution.Quote:

However, this is assuming they only add a few more buildings.
