Description: The E.O.T.S is another great creation of our wizards. They were able to capture what created such violent sea storm. It turned out to be a large floating eye ball that was charged with large amounts of electricity and devasatingly discharge it on any unlucky ship.

First, you are a L.O.T.R. nerd. Secondly, this seems pretty weak so buff those stats. Lastly, this is an ok idea, and with modifications could be nice to have.
