Test your base's stregnth.

Please make it so you can train troops FREE OF CHARGE to test your bases strength. I'm thinking on the village editor you could have a button where you can select what troops/spells you want and attack your own base to see how other people like you will do attacking your base.

Base simulator??? Ruled out...

To easy to exploit.

Have a clan wars opponent? Copy their base and keep hitting it, until you dominate it and get the right troop mix.

Set up that sim base similar to the enemy clans base

= 100% 3 stars?

Yeah, in clan wars there would be a GIGANTIC star increase.

A way better solution is to be patient and wait for an opponent to attack, then analyze your base's weakness and strengths, honestly its better than a simulator because when you attack your base you know pretty much everything about it and tend to be biased towards the results to your favor.
