If 100 is your budget. Then you are better off not getting anything... Save the cash if you want to get a tablet then do so, otherwise a phone usually comes along with a contract... Don't buy anything cheap as you will regret it later. Plus on devices that low priced you would be lucky to be able to play clash for over 40 minutes on a single charge... So what you save on phone you will make up for on your electric bill

U can play coc on 1st gen iPads it says in the specs on App Store u cant but u certainly can I've downloaded it on one in the past and works fine
