Stupid idea. So many new clans and recruiting clans can be ruined by this by hordes of fools like yourself.

Yes, should be possible, but only for a long term completely inactive leader. Eg leader quit or died.

40,000 is hardly anything to clan makers these days. No point and hoppers could take over if given ranks

What you want to do is akin to being invited to somebody's house and then saying that you've made yourself comfortable and don't like him there so he should leave and let you have the house.

What he said was a fact. coc is fictional, there is no need for it to imitate reality and allow people to start revolutions just because there have been revolutions in history, which is why you think it should be possible.
