Reduce Hero Regenerate Time

Whether you use Heroes or not, they are useful to have in battle and would like to be able to use them more often in battle. Even though the times have been previously reduced, they still need to be reduced more. The stronger your Heroes become, the longer the wait and the times are just ridiculous. My suggestion would be to just have a flat rate, regardless of the level of your Hero. I think 20 minutes would definitely be much better and allow for more usage of these very expensive units.

Dont upgrade heros then

Being able to use heroes more often would be the underlying concept. Units are researched and upgraded as well with no additional train time. Heroes should follow the same strategy.

It is okay if you 2 are happy with the times already, but I am pretty sure most others would also agree with me, though non-verbal.

You can just boost them like im not big with gems but its only 20 gems for both heroes to get X4 healing rate for 2 hours thats pretty goo in my opinion and as already said its been lowered already.

Regeneration times are fine now. They were bad when SuperCell nerfed the heroes - but responded with fair regeneration time.

Now if you boost your heroes you basically have them available every single raid. That's really good. Helps you attack and makes SuperCell money. Pretty fair really.

I'm assuming you weren't around when lvl 1 king took an hour to regenerate....

They only changed it because loot turned to "something mud-like" when they removed town hall sniping. Loot was good enough that you didn't even have to use hero's to get good loot (nor raid constantly but that is getting off topic).
