But more often than not I always saw 400k - 500k storage raids in masters 2 and up- you can get a good chunk with loons if your experienced enough with that strat.
TH9 loot is great, I agree. Whoever said that thing about collector raids being "dessert after a meal" was right. Storages are easy to hit with lvl 6 giants and no AQ ever (because she is on constant upgrade). And the loot bonus increase . . . wow. I use 8-12 giants, 4wb, and the rest BARCH. No issues keeping 5 builders active here. I stick in Crystal 2 to Master 3. Master 3 was probably my favorite, despite having to next a bit more.
I don't really see TH10 being that much of an issue either since I get most of my loot from TH9+ and the win bonus. I'm no fortune teller, but people complained about TH9 loot before I made the jump and boy were they wrong.
I'm a newbie TH9 with the only troop upgrade being lvl6 barbs and loot as been just fine barchin, granted the AQ makes a huge difference.
TBH, masters isn't as hard to get to as most people will have you believe. I was a brand new th9, hadn't even finished building xbows when I made it to masters. Put your th outside, 99% of the time it's a snipe. As for a composition, I use GiArch, 20 giants, 120 archers, it lets me spread giants and archers for 50%, or core a base. As long as you can consistently win raids, you'll be there in no time!;)Quote:

This might blow your mind but you can storage raid with barch and you will usually make so much more loot than loonion or whatever other army you use at th 9. Also Th 9 loot has never been that bad when it's so easy to barch at gold and find th 8s over and over and over again.
Loot at th 10 is a whole other story.
The people who complain about the loot are the TH 9 and 10s with level 6-7 barch who constantly take 100k from my TH8 base after nexting for an hour. Im positive they find plenty of good loot raids, but they dont trust their level 7 troops against a TH9. They have to do it against a TH8 and get a huge loot penalty. They bully us TH8s, and then cry about how they didnt get enough loot.
Loots are also good for TH10s.
Th9 loot is good.. its th10 that apparently sucks.
