Needs help urgent

Dear all good evening
İ need your help regarding
İ cannot connect to my village when i click it on the connection screen shows strange message that
Using obbansive language in clan chat
Which is i didnt
İ try to connect from other accounts but i had the same messages for ich i try and i also try reconnect to wifi
İ am playing this game for 2 years i never had that message before
İ dont know what to do and i try to delete gane download again but i keeps getting this message is there anyone that i can speak with? Do i need to send an email for my account i did chechk my email i didnt get any email regarding that message from supercell
Can soneone please help me what to do officaly?
My account user is taifunbaris@gmail.com
My village name Tayfun Baris
Mu clan last time i have been in was Turkish Force
My account level is 155
And my throops was 3245
Can somebody help me please how to get back my account and how can i connect again?

If it said that you are banned due to offensive language, id say either your clan posted something offensive in the clan description or you said something offensive in chat and someone sent a screenshot to supercell and you got banned. I think its only like a day ban though.

Agree with other posts, it looks like 24hr ban but if you still having issues this is the email address for supercell clashofclans.feedback@supercell.com

It looks like your whole clan got banned... never heard of such a thing. Must be something pretty bad that was written in the clan desription

how could you tell the whole clan got banned? now it's getting interesting.

I would have guessed it was the clan description (all co leaders will get banned if someone reports) but as your an Elder it would have to be something you did personally either chatting in global or the clan if someone took a screenshot. It could have been something that happened a long time ago.

Or if you are in war and use bases with nasty messages you could get reported (although then it usually says offensive base, not offensive message).

Take a break come back tomorrow and see if your online again.

Usually its just the leader and co leaders that get banned for clan desciption.
