A new Town Hall 8 owner needs your help!

After being a Town Hall 7 owner since June 2014, I started to farm gold and elixir the last important defenses and lvl 2 dragons for reach the TH8 without troubles.
But now, I'm lost: I don't really know what should I upgrade first and I don't have good attack strategies, so I'm a little bit lost and I'm just upgrading the new structures to TH7 level.

(Don't look at the full healer attack. Just doing funny attacks in clan wars).
What should I do? My village layout is ok or bad? What troops strategies should I train? I'm using full archer in multiplayer and full dragon/hog attack in clan wars matchmaking.

Well first, you should use barch, and not that crappy 14 healer attack :rolleyes: But yes, if you haven't already, take some time and teach yourself barch. Very simple.

Second, your first priority should either be ADs or WTs, which I would consider to be about equal, depending on your situation. If you're more CW oriented I'd go with the former, but more like than not you should upgrade your WTs first. I personally did my teslas first, since I like to take care of the more expensive stuff first; no, I don't advise you do that though.
