Good god, man! Depression from a game?
Might be time for you to start playing Candy Crush.
gemming your troops to max and watching videos trying to copy attack strategies isnt gonna help you at all.. try to understand how the game works, old man
I would go right to war. War bases and regular raid bases use different configurations. Losing in a war raid isn't any more of a disaster than losing an expensive raid, unless of course the whole war is on the line. In that case, you just attack down and take the sure thing.
I made my statements in anger although what I said was true it's not a big deal I am just mad because it's always the same stuff. The people who reply negatively are not doing so in anger that's just how they roll I guess. Thanks for the positive replies guys. Sorry to bring negative drama I just snapped for a minute.
Yes it is a skill, but a lot of luck at the same time. Yes there are incredible raids posted on youtube all the time, what they don't show you is the 99 flops they get in between those lucky raids.
Those who do get a perfect 6 stars hitting their across in war th9 and up are probably using a sandbox mode anyway and have practiced the base over and over.
I have found out that 3 staring is not only about strategy and max troops, but also scouting. I would say scouting is way more important then knowing how to drop your troops, meaning sequence followed by spells. Also by scouting the base, you have to decide what the best attack strategy is going to be, which side will be best to start at for your army comp and so on. You cannot expect one attack strategy to be able to do the same against every base.
For example yesterday I was looking at a base (TH8) and I was wondering where to drop my main GoWiPe attack from. No one side seemed good. Then it hit me and I decided to go air. I used 8 level 1 drags, 8 level 4 loons and 5 level 1 pigs in CC with lighting spells. Even though his ADs were level 5, I 3* that base with no issues. Two of the ADs were close to the outside, so the pigs took care of one, the balloons of the other and the spells of the 3rd. So even with the lowest level of troops, I did really good against a good base, because I explored its weakness.
So what I am trying to say is, you scout the base you want to attack, explore its weaknesses and then build your army comp to take advantage of that weakness. I know I am taking that approach from now on.
Isn't that a tad extreme? If you are really morbidly depressed by a tablet game, then take a break!! Otherwise practice or change up your troops/spells.
Wait you get morbidly depressed when your attack fails?
dont try boom beach then
