Proper place to post issues with the forum?

I am having a technical issue with making replies to threads. Wondering if there is a specific forum to refer this to?

Hmmm, that seems to be bugs and problems for CoC, not for the forums. Seems that such a sub forum wouldn't be buried inside a specific game forum.
