Just remember that when you hit TH9 you'll be really happy when you find those juicy TH8s full of elixir:p

The idea of doing expensive armies with the extra elixir worked well during the 1 gem boost, but right now not really. It takes up to hour and half to build an expensive army to raid what? 300-400K storages? I can do like 4-5 attacks with the same time with much faster cheaper armies and get way more loot. Only problem with this is just so MUCH elixir goes into waste when your storages are full and you raid, but that is gone. What a waste of elixir this change was. My TH is out, so I get sniped most of the time, so no one really takes advantage of it. It is just gone.
Before it was leaving the game at a much higher rate (into walls) so yes some disappears but there is more elixir in the game overall which allows th8/9/10s to actually have elixir to train troops and raid (which wasn't happening before).Quote:

Because this game is not made of only hardcore players that play a lot, or play through out the day. For me, I usually only attack in the evening, for about an hour or two, and I do not logout during the time. Then log out and get a shield usually by a TH snipe. So I do set an expensive army to cook, but by next evening, collectors have recovered that expensive army offset.Quote:

I will keep acting like this, because people need to see that this change should've been handled differently. The system needs changes like better bonuses for winning raids, bonuses for defending raids (which will stop TH sniping, or lower it).
I want to see TH9 wall upgrade with elixir taken away too and see how long it takes for all TH9s come on the forums here and start crying.
