Upgrading Heroes

I've come up with a strategy.. but I want to know some more. I'm currently on a push. I'm getting to 2700 then I'm done! When I'm back to farming I want to get my heroes up. I'm pretty dependent on them in farming but I need them higher.

I was planning to get my BK up to 15 first, then my AQ, Then 20... etc. Don't try to ask me whats with my logic.. it works for me. Should I upgrade both heroes at a time? If I should, how do I do it and beable to raid normally and actuilly make a profit (I use barch currently.)

Should I try BAM? I dont want to use giants... but I need help on this.

You should only upgrade a hero at a time in my opinion.

I personally only upgrade one at a time

No need to make this complicated, if you have enough DE for a hero upgrade and do not need the DE for a troop, then upgrade. If i have enough for either the king or the queen i always choose queen.

Most do one at a time and by multiples of 5. I did that until both were lvl 20, then AQ all the way to 30. Working on my king now.

Barching for DE without heroes (because both are upgrading) is very doable. I am doing that as a TH9 in crystal 2 as we speak. I use about half barbs and half archers (both level 6) with 4 wallbreakers just in case I need them (it is quite rare that I use all 4 wallbreakers). I personally only go for storages that are behind one or two levels of walls. If a storage is all the way in the core behind 3 levels of walls I leave it alone. You could bring more wallbreakers if you want to go for fully central storages, but I would rather skip them.

It should also be noted that I pick bases that I can get 50% on and get the DE. Sometimes I will take a risky base that I might not be able to beat if it has enough DE and the occasional mistake keeps me from going up in league.

Since 2.5 months ago, somehow I manage to farm a lot of DE. Put both heroes on non-stop upgrade continuously from level 12/13 until this week 21/19

Maxed TH9 offense. Around 100 barb/arch each, 4x WB when need to use, 2x giant to tank when needed.
Hover Crystal II-III
Carry heal and lightning spell for that last few % for 50% (lightning altar bases, barracks, 2x for mortar, etc.)

For each attack, there is different objective depending on what base turn up.
- collector loot, get all, try 50% for extra win bonus
- easy DE storage/drill at outside/one layer. If need full army for 50%, most of the time just surrender.
- storage raid within 1 layer or easy layout - get storage loot. Aim 50% extra win bonus if possible, else surrender.
- TH snipe. Hit and go.

If cups drop too fast, then will click next more often to get bases that can 50% or 1 star.

Initial is less power to drill into core. But slowly after a while, you will get the feel of it and know what to hit with hero-less army.

Not possible if you don't want to lose your DE... I have way too much DE, and need to drop it somewhere... It's only now that I'm reaching AQ lvl 30 and a cost of 150k that I can afford not to up both heroes at the same time.
