Just was wondering if anybody knew how long it would take for a TH9 to farm all lvl 10 walls before upgrading to TH10? I know its alot of gold and elixir and probably time also. I have been seeing a few TH9 with all lava walls or alot of lava walls completed already.

I started in October and have 146 done so far. The 1 gem boost helped recently and loot has been pretty good so far. I'm upgrading my heroes and walls at same time. If you don't mind sleeping builders, which I don't, it's doable and not that bad. I use barch,bam and loonion and have been hanging around gold 1, crystal range. When my heroes are up, I war. When one is upgrading, I farm.
granted that you have all L9 walls it would take 750 million resources if the Elixor dosent get changed. That's 750m not counting loot stolen but shouldn't be much as u would be dumping into walls. So the question of how long verys from player to player. Some crazy people with nothing but time on there hand can do it in a few months or shorter, the most of us will never see our village th9 with all L10 walls unless u plan on camping. U can do the math from there on how much u raid. If u can hit 3m gold
n 3m Elixor a day average it will take 125 days and by than the game will have changed and I doubt many would camp that long for walls only to get smashed by ballons lol. But walls are good game changes just like with heros always good to have. Hope that helps u grasp L10 walls more.
I knew it was expensive and that you dont get anymore walls at TH10. I finished maxing my defense already and got like 161 lvl 9 walls left. Hero levels are lvl 20 and lvl 21. No clan currently either. So probably will finish lvl 9 walls and upgrade to TH10 after that.
I did 83 lava (1/3 of the 250 total walls) in 1.5 months (including the 1-gem boost period). However, I did not entirely focus on walls as my main goal was to upgrade heroes (DE focus) and dumped gold and elixir into walls whenever I reached the 3M mark.
I raided a lot (about 250-300 wins) per season and I rarely got attacked (TH out and sniped the moment I logged off) so my resources were always intact. I was mostly in high crystal league so the win bonus of 65K each resource was very helpful. Plus, you can simply TH sniping for the win bonus if you don't feel like to wait for your army to build and raid...
Now the 1 gem boost period has ended, I would say it will take a good 4-5 months to complete the rest 167 lava walls at my pace of 250-300 wins per season...

What's nice about grinding your walls is that as soon as you hit 3 mil, you build a wall. Lot's of times you never have enough resources to get raided so you just keep building. The wars help break up the everyday grind. Heroes up, I war. Heroes down, I grind.
Now, I've seen elixer, I've seen eliksir, but i have never seen elixor before. Good job.Quote:
