Troop alteration: Builders

I searched and couldn't find this idea, so if is it in there, please delete this. My apologies.

If not - How about CLANs being able to rent or share idle builders?

For example: I am so broke, I have three sitting idle. My clanmate has none sitting idle and all his resources are maxed and he can't do anything. He could 'request' builders from the clan and we could donate for the period needed for ONE building.

It would be even nicer if the one donating the builder got a reward (Union Dues!!!).

Builders arent troops. Thereefore this bould have been in general ideas and feature requests. However I THI K this ones ruled out

I looked at ruled out ideas and saw similar things (exchanging resources), but it was pretty broad and I wasn't sure if this was one. I put it under troops because we donate troops, and thought that if we donated builders, maybe they would be treated then as such. My bad. I will put this in general ideas. Thanks.
