Upgrade Lava Hound or Witch to Level 2 first?

Hi All,

I am a Town Hall 9 with Max defense, working on walls and heroes, and almost done with my Lab. My final upgrades are Jump Spell, Valkyrie, and as the question states Witch and Lava Hound.

My Golem 4 is finishing in 2 days and I just wanted help making the decision on Witch or Lava Hound upgrade. Not too worried about jump spell and Valkyrie right now.

So I know witch upgrade will be good for my clan for donations and I can finally do a max TH9 GoWiWi. Heroes are at 13 and 16 right now BTW.

So what what would you do, witch or Lava Hound first? I have been using Lavaloonian for farming in Crystal 1 and Masters 3 for about 200k/200k and 2k Dark elixir for most raids. Love it!

I have done a couple GoWiPe and GoWiWi attacks but havent been super successful at them and my heroes are sleeping most of the time.

So thats about all the details. What shall it be? Witch or Lava Hound first? Or Jump Spell or Valkyrie for some crazy reason? Go!

Lava hound

Because lavaloon can be used without heros and I bet yours are not maxed

I say lavahounds since you have been using lavaloonion to farm. Hounds are a great troop at level 3 and wreck in cw/matchmaking if you know how to use em.

My question is why in the world are you farming with lavaloonion if you are trying to get DE to upgrade your heroes!?

Farming elixir with dragons is also a good idea

How do you farm for DE???

Lavaloonian is the cheapest way to get into the center of the base for the DE storage 100% of the time. Maybe one Golem with archers or 1 golem gowipe would be cheaper on dark elixir.

You gonna tell me you feel better about giant healer or elixir only troops to farm massive amounts of DE? Im not gonna sit on my laptop for two hours boosting Barch either and even then you arent guaranteed a lot of DE, you just have to get lucky.

Maybe using one lava hound and more balloons would be helpful but I can actually raid every hour with my current setup if I wanted but only 1 rage spell without factory boosted.

Maybe GiWipe would be ok but if you have spent time in Masters you know that sometimes elixir shortages can become an issue then you need to go down again. Crystal doesnt exactly have much elixir either.

But again I ask you tell me a better way to farm DE and maybe Ill use it.

If you read my whole post you would see I mentioned that my heroes are sleeping most of the time. I have no real issues keeping both heroes on upgrade and doing DE troop upgrades at the same time.

use giants they are cheapest way to farm De. hounds are expensive, use de to train , require minions and time consuming. the total cost of a lavaloonion easily cost 1k de

What troop composition do you use when you use Giants to farm for DE???

witch

you can donate to almost everyone (not like lava hound)

gowiwi is cool (even gowiwipe)

i think witch is better for donations and cc war defense

but it's your call (i like to farm with balloonion, but found it unprofitable using lavahound in the mix)
