Can I GoWiPe with these troops?

If I knew you all were talking about attacking TH8 then yes obviously it can work, but it doesn't need to. If you want to spend lots of loot your most consistent attack will be Mass Lv3 Drag with rage spells. GoWiPe is a waste of resources at Lv8.

How is it a waste of loot when it's less expensive than mass dragons? I don't know for sure he is a town hall 8 but I'm presuming he is, I doubt a town hall 9 10 would have those troops.

In my opinion, the DE is more precious than elixer at TH8

I disagree with this, if we are talking about war. By now, most opponents have figured out how to defend against mass dragons.

I would say that you could make a go of that with those troops. If you can, try to get 2 max level witches in your CC from your clanmates.
You'll have to be careful (read: skillful) with your WBs, if you don't have jump spell... but you can still do it.

You get to the 3-star the same way you get to Carnegie Hall... practice, baby, practice.

Yes, you could take down premmies using those!

From what I have seen, lvl 1 Golems are more than enough vs other TH8, but lvl 1 Pekka will cause you problems vs TH8 with lvl 6 Tesla. You should get 2 stars every time and 3 stars vs bases badly designed or with low lvl Tesla. You should either take a lvl 5 Pekka in your CC or 2 lvl 2 witches.
