What should be done about balloons
Honestly, balloons should be put down to 5-6 minutes of training time.
Put it into perspective, how come a level 5 hog rider, with 500ish hit points and 100+ damage per second and are not bound to the need to break down walls, need only 2 minutes to train?(my hogs are only level 3 btw, which is a little embarrassing for a well developed th10)
Now here's the balloons

are exposed to air defense, with a trade off of being out of sight of a cannon or mortar.
Hogs: safe from air defenses (which in my league is usually safe from 280-320 dps *4) which the dps from cannons and mortars as a whole saved isn't even equal two air defenses.
now here's where all these stats make sense:
Air raids are more vulnreble to damage then ground only raids, which makes it harder to get more then one star on attacks, which makes air raids harder to gain trophys.
as an avid looner with every air troop in the game maxed out, it's fair to say that balloons are the most balanced troop the game. All I'm asking for is the ability to raid more then once every 1.5 hours, because with a gowipe it takes only 58 minutes to make the whole army (tweaking it may shorten/greater the training time)
my proposal is to shorten the training time of balloons to make the training time for the mainstream and popular war/pushing ground army and making it equal with the air armies.
