How would you attack my base?

Yes wizards would do better in the center than exposed on the corners.

If I was being really mean, I'd just use the Lightning Spell to take out the Air Def in the middle. Have about 20 Giants on hand which would work on the second Air Def (third if it wasn't upgrading), and the other defenses. Then just drop in like 14 Balloons to clear all Defenses. My Minions would pretty much get the 100% from the base. I don't think all my Balloons (hopefully Giants too) would die. If that is not enough, I always have a BK on hand.

But that is not your normal army

your core is effectively defended by three mortars. even if you were to assume that they were all focused on goblins in the interior, you would still lose a lot of gold.

meanwhile, the vast majority of your defenses would be wasted (especially your wizard towers!). your set up really invites someone to try and three star your base, as the majority of it is vulnerable to mass armies, and what remains inside the walls is vulnerable to stronger troops.

and what about a barb king or even an archer queen? mortars are terrible against heroes and your could have the most excruciating replays of all time: watching a single archer queen wipe 3 gold storages and 1 dark elixir storage while your 3 mortars tickle her.

take all the elixir cuz im poor atm :x

Take out top right buildings and all air defences outside the walls with archers then deploy 2-3 dragons or 20-30 balloons and your screwed

Lol, that is my regular "farming" army setup. Most of my Elixir upgrades are maxed out, and I always have over a million in my storages, so I can afford to carry an expensive army with me at all times. Balloons are awesome! With Balloons your base is pretty easy to raid.

I also get 200k+ of each resource per raid I do with that army, and they usually get the 100%. I have another farming setup, which includes Goblins, but that one is if I want to drop trophies.
