So I've been collengting resources, how can I protect it so no one gonna attack me? I dont have any gems, im new to this game. And i cant keep online forever to protect my resourches? Do you guys have any idea how can I will not get attack, like forever? Im a noob.

You can more effectively protect your resources by prioritizing it over your town hall. In other words, stick your town hall outside, away from defenses, and more often then not farmers may just attack that. Nothing guaranteed, of course. :)
Attacks are inevitable, people will eventually attack you and take resources but it's just part of the game. However, only 20% of the loot in your storages can be taken, so no attack will be so devastating that it will leave you broke, and the most anyone can take is 199k (if 20% of your stores exceeds that). In addition, you can place your town hall outside your base, and if people destroy that you will get a 12 hour shield (protection from attacks) so your resources will be safe for that period.
If you attack other players often enough, and level up your collectors a fair bit, you will generally be able to steal/gather far more than others can take from you, so whatever you lose to enemy raids becomes inconsequential. Also, as you level your defense you will be able to repel other attacks with regularity.
In addition to the above, a good way to protect you resources it to spend them, walls are a great sink for gold.
