What is the current attack range of the witch?

Through research I belive I found that the original range of the Witch was 5 tiles. I just unlocked them and I'm ebating upgrading them, but I can't find out for th elife of me what their new or newer attack range is since the August 2013 update?

There was lots of complaining about the witches range being decreased but it never said to what.

Anyone out there with this knowledge? I don't understand how this is not explained in the game.

Likely Wikia is correct. Perhaps the range was lowered?
