Clanwar base claiming

It happens often to me that the enemies im planning to attack get attacked by clanmates, this can be very annoying. So i thaught, an option to claim an enemy would make that a lot easier. My idea is to have the claim with a thing to say when youll attack the guy and if you dont attack him before that time the claim will be removed. (if any sentences arent written correct, please notice that im dutch) thx :-)

Yeah but only a claim for ONE of your target because if everyone has two targets then half the people won't get any targets it's best that everyone in the clan just takes the number that they have and attack it in the opposite clan.:rolleyes:
