Leader's rights

Greetings Chiefs...
We have been playing Clash of Clans for a while now & have been enjoying it very much. We are all here to enjoy & have fun. One thing I found that has to be fixed is Leader's rights. Clash of Clans gives leaders a very small power over the clan. Co-Leaders are given the same rights but except for demotion of Co-Leaders. It would be great if Leaders gets to choose his best Chiefs for war since war has a limit for villages. Sometimes our best members drops down their trophies to farm & miss their chance on war. It's sad that in game war system is based on trophies. Another right that has to be restricted for others is clan board. We don't know who & when the clan board was changed. Some Co-leaders changes clan board to humiliate clan before leaving it or to make issues in clan by pointing at others. Hope SuperCell understands these problems. Best of luck & happy clashing...:D

Leaders given with more power can cause more chaos than a group of co-leaders.

Which is also why co-leader only needs to be given to people you can totally trust.

What...?! Who said that?

The post from Marika about this sometime ago states that War Opting is not ruled out, but also not okay yet.

Not ruled out. Not even sure why he said that with all the threads that show it as an open issue.

At one time SC ruled it out for the next patch, but that was about 4 patches ago. Some form of opt-out/encourage participation system is certainly on their to do list. Nobody knows what or when though.

Whats so wrong with leaders doing what they will over their clans...??? I think you're forgetting the part that leaders own their clans & others are followers.
My point here was.... It would be a lot easy to monitor & keep the clan running if chat log shows who did what & when...!!!

How do you give co? Is it free? If it's free it's your fault

I had posted a similar request, except that I didn't see your thread. The only modification I would make to your petition is that the co-leaders have the same role as the leaders in being able to choose those that participate in war.

I don't know about others but in our clan... all has to earn it. We use specific rules. We have all earned it but we are all strangers online. You''ll never know when your best member might turn against you. Not by your fault but by others.....

Okay then I understand. I just see most of these problems from those free co clans.

I do think this will be implemented nonetheless. It wouldn't be bad, if someone changes the description there should be no reason to want to be anonymous unless you are doing something bad.

Ok lets leave the clan board issues for now.. but my main point here was Clan war participants selection..... Hope to see more suggestions & replies.....:rolleyes:

The whole who is in the war is more of a opt out deal not leader rights, secondly if you only promote people to Co that you trust then it wont be an issue, its call a Co leader for a reason they and the leader run the clan together.

Make some dummy accounts to invite in or kick out to make sure your bottom members are in the war.

Until war opt-out is implemented, use the "kick-declare war-invite" workaround.

I made my post simple hoping it would lead my point. Well I guess it didn't...!!!

1st Lets say you are starting a fresh clan... Promotions will be made under specific rules... As members follows the rules & reach their goal for promotions... You have no choice but to promote them. Well I know that you can make it hard enough that no one can reach the goal but sad that as a fresh spawn your clan needs stronger members to keep up with donations & to fight at wars. Not all of players want Co but most of them does...!!!

2nd Lets say I have 44 members in my clan & 6 of them are newly joined recruits which are being trained yet not ready for war but gets on war due to some members having trophies lowered for farming. Another 3 of my best members left you a message saying they will be busy for a week or so.... I could use the kick & re-invite method which is kinda annoying... Don't wanna risk loosing any of them... It's sad that the game doesn't has an in game friends list. Not all of us uses Facebook...!!!
