Lavaloonion with level 5 balloons?

I'm a mid-level TH9 and I have been wanting to try lavaloonion. I'm in a war right now and there is a base that looks like a great base to lavaloonion; only problem is my loons are only level 5 (will be maxed in 2 days). Should I try it with the level 5 balloons? I have level 4 rage spell, level 5 healing spells, level 2 hounds, and level 5 minions.

If you can get the wizard tower taken out quickly you might be okay. Also, if you can get the wiz tower to target your hounds that would help too. Good luck!
