I'm an early TH8, I have been using mass dragons in all my war attacks. So far at TH8 I've gotten lev 3 Dragons, Lev5 Rage, Lev 6 Barb/Arch. I'm looking to start upgrades for a 2nd useful war attack. My two options seem to be either hogs or goWipe troops. Which one do you guys think is best to upgrade next? I could also do loonion but it seems to much like dragons. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Man I had to wait for TH9 until I got lev6 barch..anyway, I would look into the future, at your plans for Th9, what will be your goto army there. I would start on that.Quote:

Gowipe is a more conservative strategy, will work against most bases and should get 2 stars. Hogs on the other hand is base dependent and is more likely to 3 star or bust. Both types of attacks are way more fun then dragons.
Typo in OP's message. Highest level for barb/arch at TH8 is 5.
First time around I went with hogs and they weren't very useful. I have a second account and this time I am focusing on gowipe because it's already what I use as a TH9
Thanks I think gowipe is the way I'm gonna go. Can you be succesfull with goWiPe with lev1 pekka and Golem? Or should I wait til I've maxed those to start using it?
